We have a Buyer Protection clause that means You are Protected when

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
How does shipping work?
-We work with global merchants and artisans so we can offer you the best prices and the highest quality products.
-All our partners are verified to have 100% satisfaction guarantee.
-All orders are processed in about 2-5 business days and they are shipped immediately after processing.
-It usually takes between 7 to 20 business days for US orders to arrive at the destination.
-For international shipping, the time might extend to over 30 days, depending on the location (Check the shipping page).
-Products with Fast Shipping in their description will arrive in 1-7 days in the USA and 4-15 days Internationally.
Why my order didn't come together in one pocket? 
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, UK, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfillment centers around the world  in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchase within 8 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment. 
How do I track my order?
-When your order is shipped you will receive an E-mail with all the tracking number, and you can check it from our track ordering page.
What methods of payments do you accept?
-We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer (through PayPal)
How safe is my personal information?
-We use a Secure Socket Layer protocol on our Website to encrypt all personal information during the checkout process.
Can I cancel my order?
-Yes, but you must do it within 12h from when you placed your order. Just send us an E-mail within 12h at sales@animalsrealm.com or go to "Contact us" , and tell us the reason why you want to cancel your order. Refunds are made within 48h.
What if the product is missing or it is damaged?
-In this cases contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem.
